Privacy Policy HitSync

1. Information We Collect

We only collect match records, training logs, training plans, DUPR scores, and equipment records that you manually enter into the app.

HitSync does not require manual registration, email address, phone number, or password. After you agree to this Privacy Policy, our backend automatically generates a unique anonymous user ID (userId) solely for cloud data synchronization. This ID is generated within the app and is not a permanent hardware device identifier. If you decline this policy, no user ID will be created, and no data will be uploaded to our servers.

We do not automatically collect contacts, photos, files, persistent background location, or any other personal data from users.

2. Location Usage Rules

Location permission is only requested when you actively use the web-based Google Maps feature in the app to search for nearby courts. We obtain your real-time geographic coordinates only during your active operation of this function. No pre-authorization or automatic background location collection will occur. Your coordinates are temporarily transmitted to Google Maps Platform solely for retrieving public court information.

We never track your location in the background and do not store any location history on our servers. Your sports data and personal records will never be disclosed or shared with Google or any third-party organizations.

3. Notifications

HitSync has no notification capabilities whatsoever. The app does not support cloud push notifications or local reminder functions. We will not send any training reminders, equipment alerts, or system notifications to users in any form.

4. No Ads, No Memberships, No Paid Features

HitSync contains no advertisements, paid subscriptions, membership tiers, feature paywalls, or in-app purchases. All app features are fully free and accessible to all users. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information for commercial purposes.

5. User Data Control

All sports data entered by users is stored in our server database. The app does not support editing or deleting individual single records.

Users can only clear all cloud data through the built-in data deletion function in the app. This application has no independent account cancellation entry. Performing the in-app data deletion operation is equivalent to account cancellation. After the operation, your anonymous account and all corresponding data stored on our servers will be permanently deleted. All cloud data will be stored permanently unless you manually delete it. No independent local data is retained on user devices.

6. Data Retention

All user data synchronized to our servers is stored permanently by default. There is no automatic cleanup or periodic data deletion mechanism. User data will only be completely and permanently erased when the user actively deletes data (cancels the account) within the app.

7. Data Protection

We adopt standard technical and administrative protection measures to secure users - cloud data and prevent data leakage, loss, and abuse.

8. Third-Party Services

HitSync only integrates web-based Google Maps Platform, exclusively for user-initiated nearby court searches. Location data is only transmitted temporarily during active use of the map function, with no background data transmission. No other user personal data is shared with any third parties. 9. Minors Protection

This application is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we accidentally obtain minor user data, please contact us promptly, and we will delete the relevant data immediately.

10. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material policy changes will be notified within the application. Your continued use of HitSync after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

11. User Legal Rights

If you are a California resident (CCPA) or a resident of the European Economic Area (GDPR), you have the right to access and delete your personal data. We do not provide manual data deletion services by customer support. You may only exercise your data deletion rights through the in-app data deletion function, which serves as account cancellation.
